Do you work with startups?
Yes, all the time. I have co-founded a startup myself and I currently work with startups in freight and short-term rentals.
Which timezones do you work in?
I am based in Greece, but I work with any timezone and stay flexible on meeting times. I have regular clients in the US.
How do you price your work?
I customize pricing on every project. Once you tell me what you need, I send a fixed quote for a clearly defined deliverable, or an hourly quote if work is to be ongoing. You see the scope and the price in writing before anything starts.
Can I see a prototype before we agree on anything?
Yes, for most projects I can build a small prototype first.
How do you handle privacy and security when using AI?
I use the strictest settings in the AI tools I work with, so your code and data are not used for training. If your project has stricter rules or privacy-first tool choices, tell me and I will follow them.
Do you vibe-code?
I was an engineer long before AI went mainstream. I currently use AI as an important tool to deliver faster and better, not as a substitute for critical evaluation. I use AI harnesses and conventions built for serious engineering work.
