Google My Maps: Adventure maps in southeast Asia

I was commissioned by Batur Digital, a marketing agency developing a travel guide in Thailand and Vietnam, to create a series of embeddable maps for their new adventure travel blog.

The project involved normalizing and classifying the agency's editorial data, geocoding entities using Google Cloud in node.js, validating and merging and editing layers in kml format. The maps were then delivered through Google My Maps in appropriate visualization styles.
