This is a multi-stage project that drew from a real dam development scenario, carried out for my MEng at the University of Bristol in 2015. It involved a field trip to Powys, Wales and evaluation of potential dam sites, a collaborative dam design, and the writing of an advisory brief including a project, business and environmental strategy plan for permission approval from the National Assembly of Wales.

The design report included a site selection evaluation, aqueduct routing, structural and hydraulic designs and technical drawings, and an environmental impact asssessment. The advisory brief included a stakeholder analysis, value management strategy and risk assessment, procurement and financing plan, full construction costing and health and safety quality management.
